AMV: An adventure that started in 2003
The Association of Valencian Modelists - AMV was born in November 2003, as a non-profit organization, and with the sole purpose of promoting modeling as a hobby through different activities, and bringing together people with a common interest in what leisure activity is refers.
It should be noted that, as of November 2006, after carrying out the respective procedures, the Association of Valencian Modelists - AMV became a member of the IPMS - International Plastic Modellers Society, being registered as IPMS Valencian Community.
In the AMV
We are mainly dedicated to practicing modeling as a hobby in its static specialty, which consists of the construction and / or modeling and painting of static-type scale models, such as commercial kits or models to assemble battle tanks, airplanes, cars, figures, etc., as well as historical and fantasy figures, in addition to the creation of dioramas, vignettes and scenes.
Every Saturday the members go to the premises of the AMV, based in La Patacona, Municipality of Alboraya, Valencia, to share and enjoy our favorite hobby in good company, and in a pleasant atmosphere of companionship, friendship and respect.
